Cubeta Gastronorm<\/h2>\n

La cubeta Gastronorm (GN)<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0esta\u00a0basada en la\u00a0norma Europea EN-631 que establece\u00a0los materiales y art\u00edculos que pueden estar en contacto con los alimentos y las medidas estandarizadas para los recipientes en el servicio de comidas preparadas.<\/p>\n

Estanter\u00edas de almacenamiento,\u00a0contenedores isot\u00e9rmicos, armarios calientes, c\u00e1maras fr\u00edas y\u00a0calientes, hornos regeneradores etc,\u00a0est\u00e1n construidos conforme a este sistema.<\/p>\n

El formato fue oficializado por primera vez el 17 de noviembre de 1964 \u00a0a trav\u00e9s de un\u00a0acuerdo entre la Asociaci\u00f3n Suiza de Hosteler\u00eda Institucional, la Asociaci\u00f3n Hotelera Suiza, y\u00a0los fabricantes suizos de instalaciones de abastecimiento de comidas en gran escala.<\/p>\n

La cubeta gastronorm al d\u00eda de hoy es reconocida a nivel mundial y es utilizada por la gran mayor\u00eda de proveedores de equipos y usuarios de cocinas profesionales.<\/p>\n

El formato b\u00e1sico es el GN 1\/1<\/strong>\u00a0que consta de las medidas de 530 x 325 mm<\/strong> normalizado en la norma ES-631.\u00a0Los dem\u00e1s tama\u00f1os son fracciones o m\u00faltiplos de este tama\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

Todas las medidas adem\u00e1s pueden ser de diferentes profundidades, las cuales tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n estandarizadas y van desde los 5\u00a0mm para las bandejas\u00a0hasta\u00a0200 mm para las cubetas m\u00e1s hondas.<\/p>\n

La cubeta gastronorm se fabrican en diferentes materiales aptos para la alimentaci\u00f3n\u00a0como el\u00a0acero inoxidable, policarbonato y polietileno.<\/p>\n

A partir del formato GN 1\/1, se obtienen las siguientes medidas est\u00e1ndares:<\/p>\n
