Sin embargo, hay\u00a0aspectos que la empresa de catering debe cubrir, que resultan fundamentales para la calidad de servicio, pero\u00a0que est\u00e1n \u201cdetr\u00e1s de escena\u201d y por eso mismo hay que tener en cuenta.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Puntos a tener en cuenta a la hora de contratar un servicio profesional de Catering<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Asesoramiento, planificaci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n del servicio<\/strong>: el cliente no tiene por qu\u00e9 saber qu\u00e9 cantidad de porciones hay que prever para que sus invitados queden satisfechos, como organizar los tiempos entre plato y plato, o de qu\u00e9 manera hay que calcular la cantidad de bebida. \u00a0Es responsabilidad del servicio de catering ocuparse o asesorarlo respecto de estos temas, as\u00ed como proponerle alternativas en el marco de lo que el cliente desee ofrecer, y sus posibilidades econ\u00f3micas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Elecci\u00f3n del espacio: <\/strong>Al elegir la localizaci\u00f3n donde se realizar\u00e1 el evento, \u00bfalguien analiza la cocina para ver la infraestructura disponible? Seguramente si, pero es importante saber previamente con qu\u00e9 maquinaria (neveras, congeladores, parrillas, tipo de cocina y cantidad de hornos) y espacio de trabajo, para que llegado el momento el chef y su equipo no se lleven sorpresas.\u00a0Muchas veces hay que trasladar\u00a0hornos el\u00e9ctricos o a gas, a instalar seg\u00fan los requerimientos de seguridad y t\u00e9cnicos. As\u00ed como la potencia y tomas necesarias para la maquinaria que se necesita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Montaje, desarme y limpieza posterior del \u00e1rea de servicio<\/strong>. Luego de concluido el trabajo, es importante que la empresa de catering se ocupe del desarme y limpieza del sector. Esto cobra una gran importancia cuando el sal\u00f3n organiza m\u00e1s de un evento en el d\u00eda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thermolive.es\/content\/17-menaje-hosteleria\" target=\"_blank\">Equipamiento<\/a><\/strong>: manteler\u00eda, cristaler\u00eda, cubiertos, vajilla, hielo, bebidas, mesas, sillas y mobiliario auxiliar.El proveedor de catering debe ocuparse de la provisi\u00f3n y traslado de todos estos productos, as\u00ed como de asegurar que las bebidas lleguen fr\u00edas, si corresponde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coordinador, camareros, personal de montaje y personal de cocina.<\/strong> El servicio de catering debe ocuparse de proveer\u00a0la cantidad de personal que sea necesario, para realizar el trabajo de una manera adecuada. Esto incluye, adem\u00e1s, ofrecer la capacitaci\u00f3n que sea necesaria para su correcto desempe\u00f1o. En general en los cocktails debe haber un <strong>camarero cada 10 invitados.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seguros del personal<\/strong>. En general se desconoce que quien contrata el servicio de catering es\u00a0 co-responsable o \u201cresponsable solidario\u201d, en caso que el personal sufra alg\u00fan accidente o lesi\u00f3n. Esto significa que si los camareros o cocineros, por ejemplo, se queman o accidentan y no tienen un seguro que cubra accidentes de trabajo, pueden llegar a demandar a la empresa para la que trabajaban en ese momento y al cliente que la contrat\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transporte y traslado<\/strong>: es fundamental mantener la cadena de fr\u00edo para cuidar la calidad de los ingredientes.
