Con total seguridad t\u00e9rmica e higi\u00e9nica.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mantiene la temperatura entre + 2 y +8 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Permite incrementar su distribuci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas de manera r\u00e1pida y econ\u00f3mica.<\/li>\n<li>Higi\u00e9nico realizado con materiales aprobados por la UE.<\/li>\n<li>Fabricaci\u00f3n Robusta con larga vida \u00fatil garantizada.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizando placas eut\u00e9cticas de frio se consigue m\u00e1s de 8 horas de autonom\u00eda con cinco aperturas puntuales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el ATP?<\/h3>\n<p><em>\u201cATP Acuerdo sobre transportes internacionales de mercanc\u00edas perecederas y sobre veh\u00edculos especiales utilizados en este transporte\u201d<\/em> se firm\u00f3 en Ginebra el 1970 con el fin de garantizar al consumidor final que los alimentos lleguen en condiciones higi\u00e9nicas y t\u00e9rmicas adecuadas. Este acuerdo especifica los requisitos y condiciones que deben cumplir los veh\u00edculos. Se concreta en una medida llamada coeficiente k \u201ccoeficiente de transmisi\u00f3n de temperatura\u201d. Un veh\u00edculo es isotermo cuando el coeficiente k es menor de 0,7<\/p>\n<h3>Dependiendo de sus caracter\u00edsticas los ATP se clasifican en:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Veh\u00edculo Isotermo: Con caja cerrada mediante paneles, puertas, piso y techo aislante del exterior.<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculo Refrigerante o Refrigerado: Isotermo con una fuente de fr\u00edo no mec\u00e1nica (dep\u00f3sitos de hielo seco o h\u00famedo, gases licuados de refrigeraci\u00f3n, \u2026)<br \/>\n\u2022 Veh\u00edculo Frigor\u00edfico: Isotermo con una fuente de fr\u00edo mec\u00e1nica (compresor, m\u00e1quina de absorci\u00f3n, \u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Veh\u00edculo Calor\u00edfico o Calorifugado: Isotermo con un dispositivo de producci\u00f3n de calor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Duraci\u00f3n de la certificaci\u00f3n y revisiones<\/h3>\n<h4>Inspecci\u00f3ninicial<\/h4>\n<p>Se realiza en las instalaciones del fabricante, a los veh\u00edculos de nueva construcci\u00f3n para proceder a la comprobaci\u00f3n de que su fabricaci\u00f3n se corresponde a un tipo aprobado perteneciente al fabricante. La validez del primer certificado ser\u00e1 de 6 a\u00f1os, una vez transcurridos estos a\u00f1os se deber\u00e1 realizar unas inspecci\u00f3n\u00a0peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<h4>Inspecci\u00f3n Peri\u00f3dica:<\/h4>\n<p>Se realiza en las instalaciones del titular a los veh\u00edculos que ya les ha caducado el certificado. La validez del nuevo certificado ser\u00e1 de <strong>3 a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El <em>Real Decreto 237\/2000<\/em> establece la reglamentaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica para la construcci\u00f3n, control y ensayo de veh\u00edculos para el transporte terrestre de productos alimentarios a temperatura regulada. Es obligaci\u00f3n del fabricante y del propietario o titular de este tipo de veh\u00edculos someter a los mismos a los controles e inspecciones reglamentarias que se derivan de la normativa que les aplica.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00bfQu\u00e9 beneficios aporta realizar las inspecciones en plazo?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La no exposici\u00f3n a multas y requerimientos por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/li>\n<li>Detecci\u00f3n de posibles da\u00f1os de las cisternas o contenedores, con el consiguiente ahorro econ\u00f3mico.<\/li>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3n de potenciales da\u00f1os a instalaciones y personas.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de aver\u00eda o siniestro de la instalaci\u00f3n, el no tener pasada la inspecci\u00f3n puede ser causa para que el seguro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda no se haga cargo del siniestro.<\/li>\n<li>Cumplimiento de las exigencias sobre los requisitos exigidos en la certificaci\u00f3n de sus sistemas de calidad, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mercanc\u00edas perecederas y sus temperaturas de transporte<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Productos ultra congelados y congelados (crema congelada, -20 \u00baC; pescados, productos preparados a base de pescado, moluscos y crust\u00e1ceos congelados o ultra congelados y cualquier otro producto ultra congelado, -18 \u00baC; cualquier producto congelado, excepto mantequilla, -12 \u00baC; mantequilla congelada, -10 \u00baC).<\/li>\n<li>Mantequilla: + 6 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Productos de caza: + 4 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Leche en cisterna (cruda o pasteurizada) destinada al consumo inmediato: +4 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Leche industrial: +6 \u00baC.<br \/>\n\u2022 Productos l\u00e1cteos (yogur, k\u00e9fir, crema, nata y queso fresco): +4 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Pescado, moluscos y crust\u00e1ceos (con exclusi\u00f3n del pesado ahumado, salado seco o vivo, los moluscos vivos y crust\u00e1ceos vivos): deber\u00e1n envasarse siempre en hielo fundante.<\/li>\n<li>Productos preparados a base de carne (de los que se excluyen los que se han estabilizado por salaz\u00f3n, ahumado, secado o esterilizaci\u00f3n): +6 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Carne (exceptuados los despojos rojos): +7 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Ave de corral y conejos: 4 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-135 size-medium\" title=\"Contenedor isot\u00e9rmico ATP\" src=\"https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp-300x196.jpg\" alt=\"Contenedor isot\u00e9rmico ATP\" width=\"300\" height=\"196\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp-300x196.jpg 300w, https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp-223x146.jpg 223w, https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp-50x33.jpg 50w, https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp-115x75.jpg 115w, https:\/\/thermolive.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/contenedores-atp.jpg 571w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width:767px) 300px, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><label>Modelo<\/label> <span class=\"editable\">CONTENEDOR ISOT\u00c9RMICO ATP C 70<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Contenedor Isot\u00e9rmico ATP.
