El material de partida es el petr\u00f3leo. Para la producci\u00f3n de PPE las perlas son infladas hasta aumentarlas 50 veces su volumen original, poni\u00e9ndolas en contacto \u00fanicamente con vapor de agua caliente. Por tanto no son utilizados clorofluorocarburos ni para la producci\u00f3n ni para la transformaci\u00f3n, con lo que el Polipropileno Expandido EPP no provoca da\u00f1os en el medio ambiente ni por efecto productivo ni como materia prima, ya que est\u00e1 constituido de un 98% de aire y s\u00f3lo un 2% de material estructural de hidrocarburo puro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reciclable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente se est\u00e1 estudiando la construcci\u00f3n de una red de puntos de recogida para el Polipropileno Expandido EPP. Los embalajes que se dejen en estos puntos de recogida ser\u00e1n trasladados a las instalaciones de reciclaje donde ser\u00e1n triturados. El producto resultante viene normalmente utilizado para producir nuevos embalajes o manufactos con aplicaci\u00f3n en el sector de la construcci\u00f3n. Una determinada fracci\u00f3n granulom\u00e9trica puede ser utilizada en hormig\u00f3n ligero y en el aligeramiento de terrenos pesados, as\u00ed como para la mejora del drenaje en agricultura y jardiner\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de en la creaci\u00f3n de parques y zonas verdes p\u00fablicas. Otra posibilidad de recuperaci\u00f3n consiste en transformar el polipropileno expandido EPP compacto para la producci\u00f3n de simples manufacturados pl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n<h2>Seguridad Isot\u00e9rmica<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El polipropileno es expandido con CO2 y no tiene agentes de expansi\u00f3n de residuos. Se comercializa pre-expandido a densidad de 30 a 75 g\/l. Tiene una estructura de c\u00e9lulas cerradas que le confieren unas excelentes caracter\u00edsticas de disipaci\u00f3n, de energ\u00eda y de buena recuperaci\u00f3n de su forma original. Para bajas densidades, necesita un pre-tratamiento\u00a0y es reciclable al 100%.<\/p>\n<h2>Uso<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gracias a su estructura y composici\u00f3n el polipropileno expandido EPP es utilizado para la fabricaci\u00f3n y\u00a0producci\u00f3n\u00a0de <a href=\"https:\/\/thermolive.es\/6-contenedores-isotermicos\" target=\"_blank\">contenedores isot\u00e9rmicos<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Est\u00e1 compuesto en un 98% de aire, es reciclable y tiene un \u00f3ptimo equilibrio ecol\u00f3gico.
